1. Services
HYLISH provides digital product development services including website development, web application development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and related services as agreed upon in individual project proposals.
2. Project Agreement
Each project begins with a written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work commences only after the proposal is approved and the initial payment is received.
3. Payment Terms
Standard payment structure:
- 50% advance payment to begin the project
- 50% upon project completion and delivery
- For larger projects, milestone-based payment schedules may be agreed upon in the proposal
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced on that payment milestone, except in cases where HYLISH fails to deliver the agreed scope.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project proposal. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. HYLISH retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide all required content, assets, and information on time
- Provide timely feedback during review phases
- Ensure all provided content does not infringe third-party rights
7. Limitation of Liability
HYLISH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered products. Our liability is limited to the total value of the project fee paid.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project-related information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Work completed up to termination is billable. Advance payments are non-refundable.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion first, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels.
